A key manufacturing figure in the early history of the Wiener Werkstätte
Anton Pospischil (1842-1906) was a Viennese furniture manufacturer who operated a factory around 1900 on Wiedner Hauptstraße in Vienna's Margareten district. He played a formative role in the early production of Wiener Werkstätte furniture, realizing designs by leading figures of Viennese modernism.
