Möglich draws on Baroque iconography and the ornamental grammar of Gothic architecture, using incongruous symbols as emblems of power, predation, and status.

Indio Möglich is a glass artist whose sculptural vessels and skulls are influenced by Venetian and Swedish glassmaking traditions, but whose practice is rooted in sculptural expression rather than functional design. Drawing on Baroque iconography, Gothic ornament, and the symbolic systems of tattoo traditions, Möglich accumulates and arranges charged motifs-such as saints, animals, and military hardware-flattening them into emblematic compositions that explore themes of power, status, and predation. His intuitive process is informed by historical objects and the demanding, immediate nature of glass as a medium. By referencing Aby Warburg's concept of Nachleben, Möglich highlights how potent symbols persist and migrate across eras, retaining their emotional resonance even when appearing in unexpected contemporary contexts, as seen in his recent works exhibited at Innenkreis.
