The table lamp is conceived as a fully illuminated body rather than a base supporting a shade. Wool by Kvadrat, hand-stitched by the artist, wraps both the column and the upper volume. When lit, light travels through the entire form so that the lamp glows as a single presence. The stitched lines remain visible, tracing the construction and reinforcing the dialogue between textile and frame. Light is not contained but distributed, allowing structure, surface, and glow to remain inseparable.
